Birth Doula Work

As a doula, I support birthing people (and their partners/families, if applicable) during pregnancy and birth. I believe that birth is a profound and amazing experience, and I consider it an honour to support people during this time. I chose to be a birth doula in order to support and improve people's birthing experience. I want birthers to feel safe, supported, and empowered by their birth.

There is a huge overlap between my role as a pelvic floor physiotherapist and my role as a birth doula. Feel free to connect with me and discuss these roles.

My typical birth doula package includes 2 prenatal visits, continuous birth support and 1 post natal visit for $1200.
